Information We Collect

  • Account details such as name, email address, role, avatar, and login session data.
  • Workspace and client records created inside Metaveo Metrix, including reports, experiments, comments, blockers, content items, and uploaded assets.
  • Integration data from connected platforms such as Meta, Facebook, and Instagram, including account identifiers, selected pages or assets, post or media metadata, performance metrics, and connection status data.
  • Technical and security data such as IP-derived session events, audit activity, browser requests, and diagnostic logs needed to operate and protect service.

How We Use Information

  • Authenticate users and secure workspace access.
  • Connect requested Meta assets and sync content, analytics, and reporting data.
  • Generate dashboards, audits, reports, timelines, and operational views inside workspace.
  • Maintain service reliability, troubleshoot failures, prevent abuse, and satisfy legal obligations.

Sharing and Disclosure

Metaveo Metrix shares information only when needed to provide service, operate customer workspace, or comply with law.

  • Hosting, storage, email, analytics, and infrastructure vendors that help run Metaveo Metrix.
  • Workspace owners, administrators, and authorized members inside same customer workspace.
  • Authorities or counterparties when required by law, regulation, court order, or security response.

Storage, Retention, and Security

Data is stored in application databases, file storage, and service infrastructure used to operate Metaveo Metrix. Access is limited to authorized users and service operators with a valid business or operational need.

Connected platform data is retained while workspace remains active or until customer deletes the connected records. Security controls include authenticated access, encrypted secrets handling, audit tracking, and restricted workspace permissions.

Your Choices and Deletion

  • Review and update profile information from account settings.
  • Disconnect connected accounts or stop future sync activity from workspace controls.
  • Delete account from in-app account settings by using Delete Account confirmation flow.
  • Request workspace-level data removal from workspace administrator when records belong to shared client workspace.

Account deletion is available inside signed-in account settings. Current deletion flow removes user memberships, revokes access, clears profile state, and anonymizes account record. Shared workspace or client records may remain under control of workspace owner or administrator after individual account deletion.

Meta Platform Data

When user chooses to connect Meta services, Metaveo Metrix uses Meta platform data only to authenticate connection, let user select permitted assets, sync content and metrics, and show reporting or workflow views requested by workspace.

Metaveo Metrix does not grant public access to connected Meta data by default. Access stays limited to authorized workspace members and supporting infrastructure required to deliver service.

Questions

For privacy or data handling questions, users should contact workspace administrator that provisioned their Metaveo Metrix access. If request relates to individual account access, correction, or deletion, user can also use in-app account settings available after sign-in.
