Terms of Service
Effective date: June 24, 2026. These terms govern access to Metaveo Metrix, including workspace reporting tools, experimentation workflows, public reports, and connected third-party integrations.
Eligibility and Accounts
- Use Metaveo Metrix only if user can enter binding agreement on behalf of self or organization.
- Keep account credentials secure and do not share access outside authorized workspace members.
- Provide accurate onboarding, billing, workspace, and integration authorization information.
Acceptable Use
- Do not use service to violate law, infringe rights, scrape or misuse third-party platform data, or bypass platform restrictions.
- Do not upload malicious code, abuse automation, interfere with infrastructure, or attempt unauthorized access to any workspace, account, or system.
- Do not use connected Meta, Google, or other platform data for purposes outside customer-authorized reporting, experimentation, and operational workflows.
Connected Platforms
Metaveo Metrix relies on third-party services such as Meta, Facebook, Instagram, and Google for selected data sync and integration features.
- Connected platform features depend on third-party APIs, permissions, rate limits, and policy changes outside Metaveo Metrix control.
- User is responsible for ensuring they have valid rights to connect pages, profiles, assets, analytics properties, or other third-party resources.
- Third-party platform suspension, token expiry, policy enforcement, or API changes may reduce, interrupt, or remove certain features without liability to Metaveo Metrix.
Data and Security
Customer retains responsibility for data they create, upload, connect, or authorize inside workspace. Metaveo Metrix may process and store that data as needed to operate service, secure access, maintain logs, troubleshoot issues, and deliver requested reporting features.
Service operator uses reasonable administrative, technical, and access controls, but cannot guarantee uninterrupted availability or absolute security of any internet-connected system.
Service Availability and Changes
Features may evolve over time. Metaveo Metrix may add, remove, or modify workflows, integrations, limits, interface elements, and reporting behavior to improve service, maintain compatibility, or meet legal and platform requirements.
Temporary downtime, maintenance windows, sync delays, or third-party outages may affect data freshness and feature availability.
Suspension and Termination
- User may stop using service at any time and disconnect integrations from workspace settings where available.
- Metaveo Metrix may suspend or terminate access for security risk, non-payment, platform abuse, policy breach, or legal requirement.
- Termination does not remove obligations already accrued, including payment obligations, restriction clauses, or lawful preservation duties.
Legal Notes
Metaveo Metrix is provided on an as-available basis to extent permitted by applicable law. User is responsible for how they use service outputs, reports, and connected platform data inside their business workflows.
If any term here is unenforceable, remaining terms stay in effect. Continued use of service after updated terms are published constitutes acceptance of revised terms.
